About The DJI Mavic 2 Pro - Fly More Combo
The Mavic 2 offers iconic Hasselblad image quality on the Pro and a high-performance zoom lens on the Zoom.
Hasselblad 20 MP 1″ CMOS Sensor with adjustable aperture, f/2.8 – f/11.
10-bit Dlog-M colour profile and 10-bit HDR video.
OcuSync 2.0 Digital Video Transmission System: Explore more of the world smoothly and safely with 8km 1080p live video, 2.4/ 5.8GHz real-time auto-switching, 40Mbps download speed and 120ms low latency.
Fly Faster, Longer and Quieter:
31min- currently the longest flight time for a consumer drone 72kph max speed in Sport mode (no wind conditions), features DJI low-noise flight technology.
Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing:
Obstacle sensors on all sides of the aircraft, with advanced pilot assistance systems (APAS) allows the aircraft to actively avoid obstacles in front of and behing it. Additional Bottom Auxiliary Light for low-light conditions, which assists the downward sensors.
3 -Axis Gimbal:
The Mavic 2’s 3-axis gimbal provides smooth, stable footage in just about any situation.
Excellent Imaging System:
Made in Swden, Hasselblad cameras are renowned for their iconic ergonomic design, uncomprising image quality, and Swedish craftsmanship. Since 19441, Hasselblad cameras have captured some of the world’s most inconic images – including the first moon landing. Co-engineered in partnership with Hasselblad for after two years of tireless research, the Mavic Pro 2 comes with the all-new Hasselblad L1D-20c camera, which possesses Hasselblad’s unique Hasselblad Natural Colour Solution (HNCS), helping users capture gorgeous 20-megapixel aerial shot in stunning colour detail.
1-inch CMOS Sensor:
The brand new 1-inch CMOS sensor has an active sensing area four times more effective than the original Mavic Pro, capturing more information in every pixel for better dynamic range, signal-to-noise ratio, and low-light performance.
10-bit Dlog-M Colour Profile:
The Mavic 2 Pro supports a 10-bit Dlog-M colour profile that yields higher dynamic range for more flexibility in the grading room.
10-bit HDR Video:
With 4K 10-bit HDR support, the Mavic 2 Pro can be plugged into a 4-K TV with HLG and will immediately play back footage with the right colour tones, including brighter highlights and increased contrast that makes HDR so a00ea1in2.
Adjustable Aperture:
An f/218–1111 adjustable aperture gives you more flexibility in handling different light conditions.
More Expressive Mid-Range Shots:
Compared to a 24mm wide angle lens, the 48mm telephoto lens compresses your perspective, enhancing the parallax effect for a classic cinematic look.
Worry-Free and Efficient Shooting:
When shooting Full HD video, 4x lossless Zoom (including 2x optical zoom) gives you a closer view of faraway subjects, making unique scenes more accessible to capture at a distance scenes that perhaps are too risky to catch by flying too close.
Quick and Accurate Focus:
Hybrid auto-focus on the Mavic 2 Zoom combines phase and contrast detection for higher focus accuracy with an increased focus speed of up to 40% than before. The autofocus tracking system makes subjects appear clear and sharp when zooming in and out.
Zoom During Flight:
Dolly Zoom’ is a new QuickShot for the Mavic 2 Zoom, offering an otherworldly perspective never before seen in a fully-integrated drone. Dolly Zoom automatically adjusts focus when flying, adding an intense, warping visual effect to your videos. Set proper focus speed values for even more creative shot options when flying manually.
48-Mega pixel Super Resolution Photos:
When taking a picture in 24mm equivalent field of view, the camera will capture and patch nine photos with its telephoto lens, resulting in a 48-mega pixel super resolution photo in vivid detail.
Mavic 2 Pro & Zoom Hyperlapse:
With Hyperlapse, the aircraft shoots stable aerial shots and processes them automatically. JPEG and RAW photos can be simultaneously saved on a micro5D, leaving more room for post editing.
Task Library:
Task Library allows you to save flight paths so you can capture the same scene at different times.
Enhanced HDR Photos:
An improved HDR algorithm blends a sequence of photos from higher dynamic range and less unwanted artificial effects.
HyperLight:
HyperLight photos provide a low-light setting to enhance your images while drastically reducing noise.
H.265 Codec for Higher Quality Video:
Both editions support the advanced H.265/HEVC codec, which maintains 50% more information than videos in H.264/AVC, preserving more details.
ActiveTrack 2.0:
With the improvements of both hardware and software, ActiveTrack 2.0 gives you a great tracking experience at a whole new level.
Precise Recognition:
Previously, ActiveTrack mainly relied on 2D images from the main camera to track a subject. Now with ActiveTrack 2.0, the Mavic 2 maps a 3D view of the environment through the main camera and forward dual vision sensors for greater recognition and accuracy.
Trajectory Predicition:
Trajectory prediction algorithms help to maintain tracking when your subject is temporaily blocked by an obstruction.
High-speed Tracking:
In open and unobstructed environments, the Mavic 2 can track fast moving subjects like cars and boats at speeds of up to 72kph.
Avoiding Obstacles:
When tracking a target, the Mavic 2 can plan a flight path on its 3D map. It will read, recognise and avoid obstacles in front of and behind the aircraft, all while shooting your target without interruption.
Panoramas:
The Mavic 2 supports four panorama modes including Sphere, 180°, Horizontal, and Vertical.
Excellent Camera System
Mavic 2 Pro Hasselblad camera with 1″ sensor, iconic image quality.
Powerful Flight Platform
72 kph max. speed, 31-minute max. flight time, and low-noise design.
Intelligent and Easy to Use
The only drone that supports Hyperlapse, ActiveTrack 2.0, and more.
Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing includes left/right, up/down and forward/ backward obstacle sensing. Sensing for left/ right directions is only availale in ActiveTrack or Tripod Mode. Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing does not fully cover the circumference of a 360-degree arc. Left and right obstacle sensing system only works in specific modes and environment, DJI warranty does not cover any loss caused by crashing when flying left or right, even when ActiveTrack or Tripod mode is activated. Please be aware of your surrounds and App notifications when operating the Mavic 2 to ensure safety.
DJI Goggles RE can only connect to the Mavic 2 with firmware 01.00.0600 or above via DJI Assistant 2 on a computer. Firmware 01.00.0600 will be launched at the end of August, 2018. Please stay tuned.
